I'm a software engineer with over 10 years of experience building software people rely on every day. Two years ago I became obsessed with generative AI, because I saw how much repetitive work it could eliminate.
While most businesses were experimenting with chatbots, I was building production AI systems that save time, improve quality and fit into existing workflows. Today I help businesses outside the tech industry apply the same engineering approach to their own operations.
